How to use Himalayan Scrub
Use 1-2 times per week.
Immersing your body or face in hot water or steam will open pores and increase the effectiveness of cleansing and exfoliation.
Use your hands, a textured sponge, washcloth, or loofah: apply in circular motions, massaging the scrub into your skin, concentrating on problem areas.
Let it sit for 2-3 minutes to allow the ingredients to activate and absorb into the skin.
Rinse residue from the body with warm water
